I love this idea of harnessing our anxiety for something good. Because we’re always gonna have some amount of anxiety in our lives as humans, so why not accept it and make friends with it (as the therapist mentions), I’m gonna try this-- especially the reframing aspect... Thanks for this podcast, learned a lot.
